This website is provided as a public service to allow internet users to interact with ReelVisits, Ltd. electronically.

Anyone who uses this site agrees to these terms.

The English language version of these terms shall have precedence.

The services and terms of this website may change.

You agree to abide by the laws of the State of Ohio while accessing this site.

You are responsible for the security of your user information and password.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership or access, at any time, and without prior warning.

You may be subject to separate terms between you and other companies or persons while using this site. Our terms do not affect your legal relationship with others.

Our inaction to enforce this agreement does not equal a wavier of this agreement.

If any part of this Terms of Service is legally ruled invalid, then that part will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms.

REELVISITS DOES NOT OFFER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF SAFETY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, LEGALITY, OR OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

These Terms of Service, and your relationship with ReelVisits under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and ReelVisits agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Montgomery, Ohio to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that ReelVisits shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

Under the Copyright Law of the United States, 17 U.S.C. §201(d)(1), by posting of any copyrighted material on our Website, the owner or owners of such material transfers that copyright to Reelvisits, Ltd.

What types of personally identifiable information do we collect about our guests?

We don’t require personal information to access our website. However, if you prefer not to disclose personal information, you will not be able to enjoy certain contact features of our website. Personal information is information that identifies you and may be used to contact you. To offer our guests certain features on our website, we collect several types of personal information.
